HORIZON DIVERS is a culmination of 10 years of work, experience and dedication to dive customers' safety, comfort and enjoyment. Husband and wife owners, Joe and Bobbye Dowda, love diving and have assembled their knowledgeable team with each member dedicated to their guests' satisfaction which is why their divers and snorkelers always return bringing friends and family back to Key Largo.
HORIZON DIVERS boat (see picture below) and facility were selected with guest comfort and convenience as the #1 priority. Their boat is ultra fast and spacious, uncrowded and comfortable are the themes for each boat trip. They are a full service PADI dive center providing an array of standard and unique amenities, not just exceptional diving and snorkeling. Those amenities begin with iced fruit juices and water on every boat trip; freshwater rinse stations on board; spacious, clean and air conditioned classroom for our students; special rates on accommodations, our guest gear pick-up/storage/shipping service, shore side barbecues, party cruises and more two hours to Key West.
