From Miami International Airport:
Exit airport and take far right exit (LeJeune Road/836 West Coral Gables).
Continue to stay in the far right lane as you exit onto LeJeune Road.
Take 836 West until you reach the Florida Turnpike South.
Take the Florida Turnpike South and continue until the turnpike ends.
The Turnpike empties onto Highway 1 South into Florida City.
Stay on Highway 1 South until you reach Cheeca Lodge at mile marker 82.

For those of you who may be visiting Key West for the first time you may want to keep in mind that the island is
rather small a little less than 2 x 4 miles. This means there that you are never far form everything Shopping, Beaches, Restaurants and the Key West Night Life. If you drove in you will find parking can be the only real pain if you are coming downtown but there are plenty of pay parking lots in the downtown area. If you did not drive nothing is more than a 10 or 15 minute Cab drive. Please note that the bars in Key West do not close until 4am so please drink responsibly.
