Minimum age requirement is 18 except for Spring Break when at least one person in the room must be 25 years of age.
Saturday check-ins require a two night minimum stay.
Families and couples alike will find the perfect accommodations their needs. These two bedroom, two bathroom condominiums bring the tropical flavor of Key West indoors. Room amenities include air conditioning, balcony, cable TV and VCR, in-room safe, hairdryer, phones with data ports and voicemail, full kitchens that include coffeemaker, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.

Pets are welcome at the resort and there is a $30 per night charge. Limit 2 per room. Upon checkout of the resort, the suite will be inspected for any damages made and the guest will be responsible for those damages.
